The application will be able to detect the internal memory only if it is listed a drive in your machine, If it not listed as a drive then unfortunately the recovery from internal memory cannot be done.
However, if you are trying to recover the data from an memory card in the phone , Please connect the memory card using a card reader and software will be able to detect it.
